The name "Rubata'", "fell" in dialect, indicates a Piedmonnt's ancient breadstick, typical of the Chieri area. The dough was twisted and pressed by hand until it obtained its characteristic irregular shape.
Perfect to enjoy during the meal, accompained with charcuterie and cheese, or plain as appetizer.
